We were learning about representation and stereotypes. A representation is how something is presented in this case in the media. Stereotypes are an idea that people have about what someone or something is like. Click this link for a mind map that I made for how cheerleaders are presented in the media. We were also watching advertisements and seeing how men and women were stereotyped in them.
